
As your REALTOR I will consider all of the factors that affect the price that your home will be listed to enable a speedy sell at top dollar. Listing your home too high or too low can impede the sale of your home. Accurate pricing at the beginning is most important because the majority of the showings occur when the property is initially listed. Many factors go into the pricing process and at times clients feels that their property may be worth more than in fact it is. In the end, the listing price is my client’s choice but I hope to assist them with the details and ensuring the decisions are made with insight and knowledge.
